VIT Campus Genesis

Since the early of twentieth century, due to rapid industrialization and economic growth, engineering and technical education in India have been developing faster than anywhere else in the World and India now has the second largest number of engineering students in the world.

Our Promoters

Bagaria Education Trust was constituted by a Group of Professionals who hail from rural areas of Rajasthan and who felt that special efforts were needed for promoting education in the rural areas and particularly amongst rural women.


VIT Campus

VIT Campus has a sprawling campus which is spread over 30 acres of land and is surrounded by JDA approved residential colonies. It is about 2 km to the east of the existing SKIT's Jaipur Campus. VIT Campus is about 6 km from Jaipur Airport and about 20 km from the main Jaipur Bus Stand and also the Jaipur Railway Junction. 

About the Principal

Prof. (Dr.) S.S. Dhindsa has completed his PhD. in 1970 from University of Rajasthan. He has worked on studs related to water quality problems in State and worked upon a number of projects sponsored by UNICEF and WHO. He has been awarded certificate of Merit, 2003 by State Government for his meritorious services.

He has worked with PHED from 1997 to 2007 in various capacities and retired from the post of Chief Chemist. He has also worked with UNICEF Rajasthan and Rajasthan Pollution Control Board.

Director (Academics), VIT Campus

principal-vitProf (Dr.) M. Raisinghani, Director (Academics), has over 44 years’ experience of teaching, guiding academic research, consultancy and administration. Besides holding the coveted post of Director MNIT Jaipur, he has been the founder Principal of Government Engineering College, Ajmer. He obtained his doctorate in Structural Engineering from IIT Kanpur. . .
